Hi Parents,
1. We will be having a Scholastic Book Fair on Thursday November 16th following interviews. The book fair will be open at the following times: 8am – 1pm 4pm – 8pm 2. This morning we had a visit from a friend from grade 2/3. We met Crackers the hamster. We watched Crackers play in his cage. When we came back to our classroom, we created our own hamster cage, complete with a hamster wheel! Hi Parents,
1. Please see our Weekly Review in Pictures. 2. On Tuesday October 31st, we will be having our fifth annual “Pumpkinella”. Children are invited to bring in a Jack-O-Lantern to be put in the gym as part of our “spooktacular” display. Pumpkins can be brought to the gym between 8:55 – 9:10 and must be picked up by 4:15 the same day. In past years we have had as many as 100 entries into this exciting event. 3. Students may bring or wear their costume to school on Halloween Day but all pretend weapons and light sabres must remain at home. Please do not send any food, candy, toys or other things to be handed out on this day. Please check the blog for any further details about Halloween. Hi Parents,
